African Development Bank (the “Bank”) as administrator of the Agriculture Fast Track Fund is pleased to inform you that AFT Donors have approved a grant to Go Africa LLC (the “Recipient”) of an amount not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand United States Dollars (US$250,000) (the “Grant”) to be disbursed from the AFT resources.
The purpose of the Grant is to support some project preparation activities including feasibility studies, and an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment to enhance the bankability of the proposed Cashew processing Plant (the “Project”) in Nigeria to be implemented by the Recipient made on the purpose, terms and conditions set forth in this Letter of Agreement and the Attachments thereto. The Attachments to this Letter of Agreement form an integral and substantial part of this Letter of Agreement.
